The Georgia Peace Officer Standards & Training Council will be holding a public hearing on proposed rule changes.

The public hearing will be over the following proposed rule changes:
- POST Rule 464-13-05 Senior Deputy Certification.
- POST Rule 464-6-05 Level II (D) Certification by adding Standardized Field Sobriety (SFST), Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT), Motorcycle, and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).
- POST Rule 464-13-23 changing the name from Crime Analyst Certification to Crime and Intelligence analyst Certification.
