We would like to congratulate Executive Director Mike Ayers, as the recipient of the 2024 Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police Outstanding Chief/Louis M. Dekmar Chief of the Year Award. Director Ayers was recognized as the most effective POST Director to have served the State of Georgia. He has worked tirelessly to serve the law enforcement community as well as the citizens of Georgia. His leadership will have a positive impact for decades to come.
